My name is William Con of Small Sliders and we are super excited to be bringing Smallest to Middleton. [Music] It is fresh food. It is made to order. Everyone loves to compare it to a Crystal White Castle. That’s what they think is coming and then they are just greatly surprised when they get here and realize, oh, wait a second. This is a completely different ballgame. So, the menu is super simple. You see it, it’s four things. We have some extras like shakes and fries and of course our famous queso and smalls. That combo one will be a little combo. So that’s just going to be one side of fries. And then the two, the three, and the four correlate with the number of sliders that you get. And you obviously have the ability to customize those a bit. Whether it’s bacon, extra cheese, or like our Biggie Smalls, which offers two patties, very simple menu on purpose, so you know, do the right thing the right way all the time so you know what to expect with consistency. The product sells itself cuz it’s absolutely fantastic. And then the customer service on top of that, it just brings all together, all the pieces, and it’s just wonderful. We’re right on Central Parkway in Middleton. [Applause] When that when that school gets out, I expect all those kids to go want to congregate at Small Sliders. The patio itself does become a gathering space, especially after church on Sundays and and uh different family events. During the football season, it is uh very very packed before game days. We have a big party pack we offer, too. So, anybody who wants to order sliders and stuff on game days and get a bunch of them, we got that option as well. On top of the building is actual shipping containers. So, the building, the restaurant itself is a modular building that is made to look like it’s a shipping container, but it’s a full restaurant that is uh craned into place and dropped onto the property. We offer funky music outside. You’re going to come to this can that’s bright s’mores. You walk up, you can order your food from the walk up. We’ll walk it out to you. We’ll come out, see if there’s anything you need. We’ll come out, check on you again, make sure your experience is great. The whole atmosphere itself from the employees, from the music, it is just phenomenal. We’re definitely hoping to open Middleton in late spring. What excites me about coming to Middleton? Well, the whole new community in Middleton and just what it brings, the schools there, the funkiness. As you can tell behind, it’s a funky brand, the orange can, the orange container. A good thing about the Middleton location is it will be in fact golf cart accessible. Middleton’s a great community. I mean, it’s it’s awesome. I want them to feel as if they’ve sort of left where they are and they’re entering a new experience here, right? Not just with the food, but with the service they get. I want people driving away from this malls being like, “That was super cool, interesting, and I cannot wait to come back there.” The people of Milton to know that they have a great great concept coming once they try it.
