All right, we are here in Middleton, Florida today and we are setting a can for Smalls Sliders. A can is what we call the restaurant that you see behind us.
It’s going to get craned up today, put in place right over there.
And we’re going to get this Smalls build ready to roll for the folks in Middleton.
And we could not be happier to do it.
So, this is a module building that we have from Orman Beach that’s all fit and ready to go.
We crane it from this spot right here and then it’ll get lifted up, placed on the thing of footers.
Just a plug and play. You see a building here on site now.
Didn’t see one yesterday.
It’s very weird in the restaurant business
to see that pop up overnight.
But this will be lifted, set on footers in place.
And then the conex box will go right on top of,
our signature orange container.
Even prior to the dropping of the can, we reach out to some foundations.
We love to get involved early.
So, and then after that, we do plan on doing a lot of food drops
Whether it’s churches, schools, sporting events,
but the pillar of us is getting involved with the local community.
That’s what really makes us.
So, it’s fresh made to order sliders. We also have a myriad of milkshakes. The queso is the best thing you’ve ever tasted.
One of our signature items on the menu
is what we call a Biggie Smalls with bacon.
So, that is two patties, bacon,
on a big old slider like that with cheese and sauce.
And if you’re brave enough, you did the whole thing in queso.
Get a thing fries as well.
So, Friday night lights, we expect everyone
from the schools to come over
and eat at Smalls when that game is over with.
