We’re excited to share that something pretty amazing is coming to Middleton. The dreaming and design are now complete. And today we unveil for you. Central Park. Located in the future phase 2 just south of Dry Creek and a first of its kind in Middleton. It’s sure to be a hub of activity for the entire community. Just imagine a place where your family can spend sunny afternoons doing what they love most. Central Park will have something for everyone. It’s anchored with a community center for parties, celebrations, and gatherings, and bookended with a playground and shade sales on one side, and the other a resortstyle pool. It has it all. A beach entry, lanes for swimming laps, social steps, and an aquatic play structure along with several shade pavilions and some with barbecue stations. Here you can also get your game on with nine pickle ball courts, fullcourt basketball, beach volleyball, a pond and dock for fishing, and overlooking the pond, a multi-purpose field for kickball, soccer, flying kites, and so much more.
This is all surrounded with walking trails and outdoor exercise stations.
Central Park is still in the planning phase, but the vision is clear. This will be a space for families to connect, celebrate, and live well. Stay tuned, Middleton. More amazing things are on the way. [Music]
