The prep is the biggest part and then keeping the fire going is the biggest part. A lot of competitors around here. You can’t tell our secrets. Uh we’ll be out here all night. Put on the meat at midnight, smoke it for 10, 12 hours, [music] serve it up to the the folks coming in for the barbecue bash and uh do some good for the school and the community. They say we can’t start cooking till 12. So, probably 12. [music]
