Things are heating up in Middleton where the construction on Portillo’s is moving right along! Nestled right next to the Splash Pad in downtown Middleton, this new stop is shaping up to be a favorite meal stop after school, work, or a day of play in the sun.

The team at Portillo’s is thrilled to bring their iconic Chicago-style favorites to families in Middleton! As progress continues, the interior is coming together with a playful golf-inspired theme—and with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. This new location offers the perfect spot for you and your family to enjoy a delicious meal in the heart of downtown.
